Hi ladies! This is my first pregnancy and I am 5 weeks 4 days today after my husband and I tried for about 5 months! 🎉😄.

Just today I started feeling reeeaallly sick. I have been vomiting all day, can’t keep anything down...even need to take a break typing this because looking at the screen is making me have to run to the bathroom!!

There is no way I could possibly survive a work day like this...but I’m going to need to go in! Any and all suggestions would be so appreciated!!
