Where are my fit preggos?!


Just got done with an hour long workout class at the gym called Torch. It combines weight training, cardio, abs and body weight exercises and does tabata workouts or stations. Its such a good burn! I also do yoga and then just go to the gym and do my own thing or do Insanity at home. I'm already tired of hearing other women tell me "you need to be careful" and "you shouldn't be doing that". Like I've asked my doctor, she said I'm perfectly fine to keep doing it, thank you for your concern! 🙄 I am 17.5 weeks and feeling great and baby is doing great. Anyone else feel the same?
