When can I test HPT?

Hi I am 9 OPD. I am extremely hungry all the time for the past 2 days and I am feeling my breast is much fuller and little sore on sides. I can't wait to take a HPT, but scared of negative result. When can I take my HPT?

Try in the AM but it could still be too early

9DPO is considered early to test but some women (myself included) do get a rare positive at 9DPO. If you do test, I recommend using FMU as it's the most concentrated. But, it is best to wait until you miss AF if you are afraid of negative results.
