Coworker had the stomach virus

I found out today that a coworker of mine had the stomach virus the weekend of January 5th, she was out of work the entire week last week and returned to work today. Am I and my other coworkers safe?? Or will we catch it to? I'm deathly afraid of the stomach virus. Is she still contagious and spreading it to us??
