Im confused on my period

I usually start my period 3 days into the green pills on my birth control pack. this time I was cramping super bad and started 3 days before I even took the green pills, and then it lasted 10 days where my normal period has been 5 for the past year. Super bad cramping and dizziness the whole 10 days. What’s your guys thoughts? Could I be pregnant? or what do you think it is
