Fitting time in

So my bf went up north for 5 days to see his family, and I couldn’t see him. Now I have none stop work all week long due to a new girl at our job not showing up and moving away without telling anyone. I can’t fit in time to see him cuddle or have intimacy that I am needing after my period and trauma with my anxiety and Mom. Help, what can I do? I haven’t gone on vacation like everyone did this winter and I’m sad anxious and upset. Everything is messing with my head and relationship
