How do you cope?

With seeing your ex with someone new. Maybe you're someone who's over your ex and it doesn't bother you, maybe you're happy to see them happy with someone new. But let's just say you're not over them completely (you don't wanna go back or anything) and seeing them with someone new sort of feels like pins sticking in your heart😂 do you maintain a good poker face, pretend you never saw them or whatever? Comment below your experiences or what you would do/think/feel.

*I haven't experienced this myself as my ex lives in another town but I'm curious if this has happened to others
