TTC for 7 months. 26 days late. Negative
I guess I should start with a little background information. I’m about to be 29 with a soon to be 11 year old boy. I stopped taking birth control June 2018 and only one time since then have I been late. When pregnant the first time, I went into labor at 20 weeks and then had my son a month early via emergency C-Section because he wasn’t head down. In recovery my doctor walked up to me and told me my son was a miracle. I was born with only half a uterus. My doctor wanted to do a couple medical tests on me but I was 18 and nervous about the dye test. About 2 years after having my son, I went a year and half with only 4 periods and my doctor put me on birth control to regulate my hormones.
I know I should go through the fertility procedures to see if I can conceive again but I guess I’m hoping for another miracle and it’s breaking my heart to be 26 days late and getting negative results. I was curious if anyone here has had any experience with having only half a uterus? Part of me also just wants the comfort of other women because I can’t talk to my family about it and the love of my life comforts me as much as he can but he’s not a woman so he doesn’t get the hormonal baby I am about it.
