Weird period??

Hi Ladies, not sure if anyone has gone through something similar but if you have some advice would be great.

A little back story:

Had a miscarriage with D&C October 4th.

Had complications afterwards had a other D&C October 13th.

Had a "normal" period from 27 November to 2nd December

Then my period for December has been all over the place. It was late then just spotting I think I had 2 days of normal bleeding but I'm now on day 13 of period/spotting and it's a mixure of pink/brown.

I took a pregnancy test and thought I could one of those vvvvvvvvery faint lines but I'm pretty sure it could of been an indent/evap.

Anyone been through this have an idea of when the spotting should stop??

Or if I should go to the Doctor. I'm just so over doctors and hospitals right now.
