Just want some info/ Misscarriage

Hi all. I'm going to sound stupid I know but I don't care. So I had sex a few weeks ago with my bf. I wasn't ovulating, but we aren't using protection bc we are trying. I just had the most intense horrible pain for 2 days. Cramping and lower back pain, which I never experienced before. I just started bleeding. Seems like a period, bc I know it's not likely to get pregnant while not ovulating. But I'm not sure. Not bleeding extremely heavy, yet. I will continue to check it. Thank you all.
