What’s the worst pregnant symptom for you?

Currently 20w5d, and I’m suffering from the worst carpal tunnel, which is causing burning, tingling, numbness and pain in both of my hands. Pain so bad it wakes me throughout the night. I’m going to get some wrist braces/splints this weekend.

Also having “silent reflux” which is basically having gastric reflux, but without the heartburn or indigestion. Sounds like it’s not a big deal, but I developed laryngitis over a week ago, and completely lost my voice a week ago. Apparently this causes the stomach acid to still come up into the throat, cause irritation, inflammation and erosion, causing the loss of voice. I was put on a trial of acid reducers(Pepcid) for a few weeks. My voice has come back a little bit, but idk if there’s going to be long term effects. I want my voice back.
