What can I take???!!!!

I have a sinus infection. I've called my OB but they haven't called me back. I'm 29 weeks 5 days and want to know what OTC things are safe to take.
I have tried the nettipot/saline and vicks vaporub to no avail.

All the sinus stuff has phenylephrine HCI 
Is that okay to take now?

I was told mucinex was fine but just the plain mucinex not DM. Saline rinse and use a humidifier at night. Hot tea with lemon honey and ginger and a spoon full of honey helped my throat too. Good luck mama.

I had a sinus infection but was only on day 10 of the infection, they wanted to wait till 14 days for antibiotics.
My urgent care gave me flonase, claritin, and suddafed.

My Dr told me to take Tylenol sinus at 13 weeks when I had a sinus infection.

What can I take???!!!!
