Any advice?

So here's the thing, I'm a 20 year old virgin who's never been to a gyno or PP, so I have no idea which one I'm supposed to go to for this issue.. And insight is much appreciated.

My issue:

I've tried using sex, multiple times, but I could never go through with it because of how much pain I'm in. It literally feels like I'm being ripped apart, and my level of pain isn't normal. I've tried everything, I've tried extra foreplay, I've tried going slow, I relaxed, all of the basics to make it as comfortable as possible and none of them worked. Needless to say, I'm frustrated. Now I'm trying to figure out who/where to go so I can see what's wrong with me but I have no idea where to begin...
