Help figuring out when I ovulated

I had my IUD (copper) removed Jan 8, right after removal I had some watery CM not a lot though, for a few days then dry. So I thought I maybe was ovulating the day after removal, however 2 days ago I was having a lot more watery cm and it was a lot! I also had a sharp pinching for about an hour on my left side of my pelvis. And today it’s white and sticky.

Do you think I ovulated after removal or just 2 days ago?

ETA: my last menstral cycle started December 20th and lasted 12 days. The paragard was giving me horrible periods
