Missed period

So according to my tracker, I was supposed to get my period last frid 1/11/19. It is now the 15th and no period, so I took a pregnancy test this afternoon and it was negative. 😑 what are other reasons we have missed periods? My periods are always on time, and not late.

I'm a little worried... i will make an appt with my dr if it doesn't come soon
