How long do you wait ?

Dinner* How long do you wait for your man to come to the table once his plate is served ?
Ok, so say you make dinner for your family. Everyone’s at the table but your husband/boyfriend, he’s in the room playing the game.  Before you even serve everyone’s plate you tell him dinners done so he knows to get ready and come out, then plates are served so you just let him know. But instead he’s still not coming. 3 or so minutes go by and he’s still not there. How would you feel or react if he did this every time you cooked dinner ?

Updated answer to your updated question: I’d stop cooking or serving him dinner. I’d straight up eat without him and tell him he had his chance. 
I’d also make sure I communicated my frustration to him by letting him know that I will stop cooking and he can make his own food if he continues to ignore me.

I do a reminder that it’s fully ready but otherwise the food goes in the microwave until he is ready for it.

I wouldn’t be making his dinner anymore, let alone serving it. It’s one thing if he’s doing something productive, like finishing up housework or yard work or helping with the kids, but playing a game (I’m assuming you mean a video game or something?), nah. He needs to respect you and the rest of the family and hit pause or else he can cook his own dinner. This is based on him making a habit of it by the way, one time thing wouldn’t be a big deal but definitely not an everyday occurrence.

He gets it whenever I feel like cooking it. Sometimes he works the closing shift at his store and doesn’t get home until 8-9pm. In those cases, food’s been made and I’ve already eaten, and he can fix himself a plate when he gets home.
If I know he’s gonna be getting home right around dinner time, I wait to start it until he calls me to tell me he’s on his way, that way it’s nice and hot when he walks in the door. 
Sometimes though, I don’t start dinner until he’s already home, and sometimes it’s his job to cook dinner because I have things I need to do.
