Please read‼️‼️‼️‼️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️kind of long!

My last period was on Dec 9 & than I got a second period around Dec 29 ... so i just thought it was just shorter this time! Well from Dec 29-1 which was how long they usually last I started another “period” yesterday. On a side note me and fiancè DTD and came inside me the Jan 7 and yesterday Jan 14 we DTD again and after he came inside me, I wiped as usual and i seen the towel was brown? Like brown discharge mixed with cum. So I got worried. Later the day i kept bleeding but only when i wipe. And only like 1-2 drops on pad. And today it bearly get on pad also but dark brown red with small little clots with it. I have no pain or nothing. Except yesterday i felt pinching on the sides. Can someone please help me out?! Im already making an appointment. I just wanna hear people opinions on what it can be!
