New Years Resolution Update
I made a resolution to love my mind and my body by taking care of them both. To be authentic about how I feel about things, even with how I feel about my body.
So I have a 16 month old, endometriosis, and PCOS. My body has never worked right except before I got pregnant with my son— about 4 months into a paleo diet and working out 45-60 min a day on top of my semi-physically demanding 50 hr week job. But after my son came, I’d lose some weight but then not be consistent in working out or eating right.
I have been working out at least 20 min a day this month, drinking 70 oz of water a day, walking 10k steps a day, and I just started rock climbing for workout. I am really impressed with my results over just these couple weeks. You may not be able to tell in pics, but I’ve lost 1/4” in my thighs, upper arms, and waist in 2 weeks. I’m also ON my period right now and am not in horrible debilitating pain for the first time since I started my cycle postpartum. My mood is overall better just from the activity. I can’t wait to see where I get by 2020.
