Huge clots!!!!

So I missed my period for a month (November) and now I’ve been on and off my period for a few weeks starting December but just recently every time I change my tampon or my pad I’m having these huge clots fall out! I can literally feel them falling out if I stand up from sitting down. Is this normal. It’s freaking me out!! They are HUGE clots .. this might be tmi but I’m including a picture.
