Ovulating?

Okay so my period ended Friday the 11th. Took a test Sunday (first picture) and although it was right after my period, it looked positive. I tested today again just because I had an extra test and I get this. According to glow I’m suppose to ovulate in 6 days but my periods are irregular so I don’t know if this means I ovulate early. Also what are the chances if so that I am still ovulating after 2 days of my initial test. Last 2 pictures are from today’s test
