It’s late and I’m bored lol. So I was talking to a friend earlier and she just moved to a fairly large city, and got a house and it’s an average size (3 bed 2 bath) and it costed her a little over $300,000! I was shocked. In my area, houses that size are typically $130,000 or so! It’s interesting to see how expensive or cheap houses are in each area lol

In Anchorage, AK $300,000+ will get you a nice duplex- but of course, just one side- or an older 3 bed 2 bath house about 1,500 sq ft that needs A LOT of renovation

Will it was 109. Over 14 years ago.  Would be more now.  The area I live is going up.  It’s payed off now but was 750 a month. We payed more to pay off faster. It was listed with 2 bedrooms and one bath.  We done work on the house. So now we have 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms.

My hubby and I are extremely lucky... We just bought a manufactured home that was literally completely remodeled inside and out...  also has a stone,  wood burning fireplace 😍.. Its 1,900 sq ft 3 bed 2 full baths for $39,000 we live in Michigan....

We paid $250,000 for a four bed, three bath house about four years ago. Our house is worth about $350,000 now. We live in a suburban area. Housing is pretty pricey here.

That's cheap by my standards. The house I live in is assessed at nearly a million. We rent a two bedroom suite in the lower level for $900. This isn't a luxury mansion, none of the houses in my neighbourhood are. They're completely average homes on postage size lots. If we were to move right now we'd be paying at least 50% more.

My family of 5 lives near San Diego CA. Our 5 bed 4 bath house cost over a million dollars 🙃 I mean it’s a beautiful house I love it but it’s by no means a mansion or anything this area is just so dang expensive
