I had a dream I lost my baby😢😢

So I had a dream I lost my baby boy... I went into labor at 37 weeks and when he came out he was dead because there was “a lot of protein in my urine” I don’t even know if I’ve ever heard of that! Is that possible? Anyway, that’s what the doctor told me in my dream. I don’t know if I had this dream because I just read in my pregnancy group about someone loosing their baby at 37 weeks then going to sleep but it woke me up and now I’m scared😢😣
