hi guys,

ive been on the copper IUD paraguard for 11 months now and have never seen this and periods usually regular or sometimes a day early or late. However, im supposed to start my period saturday, although today i went pee and wiped and brown was on my toliet paper, so i just ignored it for an hour then felt the need to put a tampon in. however the tampon only had a tiny streak of blood on it and the blood was brown an stringy. is this normal? what does this mean? is it my period or what?
