Got the flu shot yesterday and now don’t feel well?

I don’t know if that’s related or not but I’m nauseous now when I haven been in a long time. Took some Zofran and my stomach still doesn’t feel good. I also have a ton of drainage suddenly 😩

Normal side effects that should subside in another day or so. In the meantime increase your Vitamin C&D. There’s some research out there to avoid Tylenol for the first week after a vaccination...not sure if your interested in that kinda stuff but it’s out there. 
Warm steam with a few drops of peppermint to try and break up that mucus, then blow it out gently(were apt to more bleeds right now!)
