Relieve back contractions?

Anyone have any ideas to relieve back contractions? They are killing me and almost making me sick to my stomach from the pain. Ughhh. Still working so sadly laying down isn’t an option! 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

What has helped me is putting a heating pad on my back while I’m laying down and taking hot baths. It doesn’t make them completely go away but it helps

They sell these adhesive heating pads (kinda like what you put in your boots when you go skiing). I think they’re actually for period cramps, but they have ones for back aches too. But then they come with a belt that the pads sit in. I used both with my last pregnancy and they were a life saver! You can’t see them under clothes, so they’re good for at work and on the go.

Okay, what do these feel like? I have a lot of pains in my back and I have no clue what either contractions feel like 😅 FTM
