Hard two days in the hospital

Alicia

So yesterday morning I started having what I thought were Braxton Hicks, but moved to my back and cause nausea. Pain started to pick up so I called my Dr, they suggest I head into l&d. I arrive, get on monitor and am told I'm having real contractions. They tried pumping me with fluids that didn't work, so a shot, steroid and a pill started to help with the contractions. Well they did a transvaginal ultrasound and found out my cervix lenght is 2.1, but cervix is closed. I'm 31 weeks tomorrow and now placed on bed rest. I just want to be able to work a little longer and then have her. I'm nervous and unprepared for this at this moment. Let's just hope she stays in a while longer.
