First break up

At the end of December my bf and I said we wanted to work on communication and stay together. Then four days ago he breaks up with me after not even trying. He’s mad that I tried to get advice from a friend. Well, someone I thought was a friend who actually stabbed me in the back. He’s mad that I was upset that he didn’t say anything to me for four days. No text. No snap. Nothing. How was I supposed to know if he was okay or not? I got into a fight and said some not nice things to the “friend”. And then my bf called me names and officially broke up with me. I apologized for what I did wrong. Right away and after everyone had time to cool down. Now they both talk shit about me. And apparently I’m the immature one. I love him. I put up with so much crap in those three and a half months. I’m just so broken. I don’t know what to do. Any advice?
