breast cancer or just dry skin 😞

so for the past few weeks I’ve had flare ups that look like small red bumps on my left breast, they’re not really raised though, but they’re so itchy. I have not scratched them or messed with it when it flares up, I know it sounds like inflammatory breast cancer.. has anyone else had this? Maybe it’s just dry skin or something else. The bumps aren’t really raised and don’t feel like bumps, they just look like it. SOS
