How soon do you wear girdle/postpartum wrap?
Is this something I should pack in my hospital bag to wear ASAP after birth?
I didn’t start wearing it until about a week postpartum with my first, but I truly think it helped my uterus shrink and made me feel better about my body slowly shrinking back.
