How do I get rid of this ???!

I'm married and both clean so nothing like herpes or whatever but its so painful and my whole right jaw is painful and numb. How can I get rid of it fast ? I got it after a 3hour drive in hot ass weather

Agreed, cold sore (aka herpes) lots of people can carry it and not ever have symptoms unless they are stressed or something. You can get it easily from someone too, but normally they have to have an outbreak at that moment to pass it on. Don’t kiss or touch anything with it and you’ll be fine. Use meds to knock it out fast and figure out what triggered it and try not to repeat it.

That looks like exactly like a herpes sore . You need an antiviral Med and some abreva

That looks a lot like a cold sore, which is herpes. Most people contract HSV-1 (oral herpes) as children. Make sure you don’t go down on your Husband whilst you have that active as it can pass to his genitals. Best to get to a docs and get some prescribed cream for it.

Lemon balm or nutribiotic GSE. Both work for treating cold sores.
