Talk to my dr?

I'm going through a lot of different things right now that are difficult to deal with and are stressful. I was stressed and dealt with a lot with my first pregnancy but I never felt like I do now. I'm having panic attacks more than normal and I feel like I have no connection with this baby. I hate that I feel the way I do and I don't know how to fix it. It seems like my mental state is getting worse by the day. What do I do?
