So ladies I'm 3w pp and guess what my body is not ready to do.... shake my ass lmao. I was at my friend's house for a little get together and of course we all have that one song that no matter what we just have to get up and dance to. Well my kryptonite came on and baby when I tell you I couldn't help but move I felt fine but when I got low and my inner stripper came out and I started twerking... my c-section scar/incision said "humble yourself bihh" needless to say i am currently just laying on the couch with a pillow pressed against my belly while others are dancing. I thought I ripped myself open again but I'm good lol
