Not sure what group, but HELP please

At exactly 5 weeks pp I begun to bleed so heavily I would soak up a pad less then 20 minutes. I could shower, & change pad again it’s right back full. When I stand up blood runs straight out as if I’m standing under the shower head. I bled through my sheets, mattress protector, & of course mattres. I scrubbed scrubbed, disinfect, washed, & washed some more. It was so bad that I had to take birth control pills 4xs a day. Alright now I’m currently out of them. The problem has reoccurred 😭 if NOT worser. I called the clinic after hours, & currently awaiting on their call back. I may call the ambulance, but it would bother me to wait all that time to be sent home saying I’m okay. I know it’s better to be safe then sorry 😩😩😩. I don’t know what to do 😩😩😩 I currently have on double pads, double panties, double shorts, & long pants. Laying on 4 towels, & watch I still bleed through ALL of it 🤦🏾‍♀️. Oh the embarrassment 😩😩😩😩. I think I may Have to be on two birth control like the people who have to wear glasses, & contacts 😂. Okay not funny, but I did needed humor. This REALLY sucks 😒, & not to mention I already had a appointment scheduled for tomorrow to see the ob to start depo. I passed a blood clot the size of my hand could I Be hemorrhaging ??? 🤨😳
