I have a new plan for this month

1- OPK just to make sure i don't miss my window

2- i will use preseed the whole week npt just the day of ovulation

3- i started taking maca root amd prenatals 2 days ago hopefully it helps

4- i will sleep with a pillow under my bum, idc if they say is a myth I'm doing it

5- I'm gonna start drinking more water and to exercise 1 hr a day

Fingers crossed this gets me my rainbow
