Dreams/gender prediction

Almost ever night for the past 5 or 6 weeks I have had a dream about a little boy.  Either I am taking care of him or he is helping me out of a scary situation.  In my dreams he is not always my child,  but he is ALWAYS there!  Has anyone else had dreams like this while pregnant?  Do you think this means I am having a boy? I am still only 12 weeks along so I still have a while to go before I can find out.  I don't really have a preference either way about the sex of my baby,  but I have had a feeling that it was a boy since I found out I was pregnant.
