What's this pain?

Hey. I'm wondering anyone has expire need this or knows what it is. Today I've been having some kind of sharp pocket of air type of pain in my lower left pelvic area that jumps to my right side as well. What is it? I'll leave a picture of my period / ovulation days and stuff.

I have a history of them too. New be so severe as to have surgeries though. Hope it's a lot less complicated than that!

Update. Also having watery CM at 5dpo.
