Mild cramps/ twinges in pelvic area.

I'm 7dpo, today on and off I've been having slight tinges, and cramping in my pelvic area, and uterus. Anyone else have this and get a BFP, or AF? I've also been having some nausea but not to where I'm throwing up. And a little more tired than usual.
