So I was 4 days late my period never came and I been feeling really moody, sensitive lately. Nauseous and back pains. And then I spotted for like 2 hours on and off it was really light. And the next day same thing. One day later I get this really really bad cramping and alot of blood coming down. I think i had a miscarriage.. But i am not sure.. What do u girls think? 😢😢
