The dream I had that made my heart break when I woke up

Being a midwife is hard work, but that’s what I’m going to school for. Of course I’m not a midwife yet and have no experience. But I’ve done my research, watched video after video, and have become pretty attached to the idea of pregnancy. I’ve been so intrigued by it lately. Last year I had a pregnancy scare and immediately got an IUD so it would never happen again. But lately, all that has been on my mind is babies, and pregnancy. From the mother, to the baby itself. My dreams are so detailed and feel so damn real. In my dreams I’m pregnant. There is no father in my dreams and I’m okay with that part. And in my dream I can feel the baby inside me and I feel this wonderful, overwhelming, beautiful feeling in my chest of just pure happiness and calm. I love the baby. After all, it’s mine and I created it. The baby is growing inside ME. It’s amazing. When I wake up I feel such at loss because that baby is gone. The feeling goes away in my chest. I feel deeply connected to this baby in my dreams and when I wake up the baby is gone. Obviously, because it’s only a dream. But I don’t know why this happened all the sudden. Maybe because I have been looking into pregnancy more, but I used to not want to have babies and now I’m obsessed with it, I crave it. Does anyone else feel like this ever? It’s like my mother instincts are making me want a precious baby, a literal gift from God. Most woman (most, not all) will not be fulfilled in their life until they have children. It’s like a missing piece in a woman’s life. Woman have incredible connections to babies and woman are naturally nurturing. They love to take care of something or someone, that’s why we like to baby our husbands lol 💕. I just feel empty when I wake up knowing I don’t really have a baby to nurture and care for. I’m not in a place to have a child right now and won’t be for a while. I just don’t know how to make this feeling go away until I’m financially ready :(
