I missed a period almost completely except for some spotting, got multiple positives and was estimated around 10 weeks as of today. Recently my symptoms started slowly going away and the linea nigra that had formed (it formed early, yes it's possible) started fading. I went to the doctors and their test came back negative. I wasn't due for my next period for almost a week and now I'm bleeding. I actually had a nightmare about it then woke up bleeding. What happened? Did i miscarry? We were positive I was pregnant..😞
