Sweet Smelling Vagina ?

So I had a lot of discharge today and I smelled it to make sure it was okay and it smelled super sweet. Like a strawberry yogurt kinda of smell. I saw that this could mean an infection but are there any ways I could treat this instead of going to the doctors? I just noticed this about 20 minutes ago and I’m not super concerned yet. Edit: I’ve been on the Nexplanon for about a month and I am sexually active. About 2 days after I got the implant I had unprotected sex so I took a plan b and I know that messed me up hormonally.
