This is my first pregnancy and I an 8 weeks on Monday. So far I haven’t really had any pregnancy symptoms except for a very slight and dull but constant breast pain, having to pee a lot more and very frequently and a few food aversionsYesterday I noticed at work feeling a little dizzy maybe even blurred vision. And right I noticed that for the first time ever I have lost all breast pain completely and I have a very marked decrease in how often and how much I have to urinate.

Any way could these be signs of a miscarriage? Should I be worried?? Do you always have cramps and blood when you miscarry? I am freaking out and I’m laying awake in bed worrying about it. Someone please calm my nerves 😞
