TTC after 2 losses since December... what do you see??

We've been TTC for almost a year now. We got a BFP in December and in March, but unfortunately we lost both pregnancies (exactly 5 months apart). I've taken 2 tests and I'm not sure what I'm seeing. I don't want to tell my husband about the possibility until I find out if I'm seeing things from wanting a baby so badly, or really seeing them. Please tell me your honest thoughts.
