First time taking birth control?

So I start my birth control tomorrow it’s not for a contraceptive it’s for my periods but anyone have advice, like will it make me feel sick etc

If it’s the pill, I would recommend eating something just before you take it. I typically get nauseous the first couple days of a new set of pills
