Past ectopic messes with my head!

Why would you take a pregnancy test right after finishing your period? Sounds so silly to do, but with my ectopic pregnancy, I had a full period and later found out I was pregnant. So that brings me to this cycle, where I had my period and ended it a week ago. This past week I have been having crazy vivid dreams, which was a symptom from my last pregnancy (the one and only that was ectopic). So I tested. And now I have three lines, but I am confident they are all indents/dye runs 😩 I’m going to make myself crazy and do stuff like test mid cycle all because of that stupid ectopic! I guess I’m just wanting to catch another ectopic as soon as possible, so when I get indents or dye runs I start to freak a little. Can anyone relate?! Below are my tests.
