Dating

I am thirteen and i kind of like this guy who i know likes me. His little brother texted me and said that he was going to ask me out. Now obviously we’re thirteen so we can’t go on an actual date and also his brother could totally be lying. However, it made me think. Do you think it’s ok for us to consider each other boyfriend and girlfriend? Is it okay for a thirteen year old to hold hands with a guy (and no, there would be no kissing)? There are many people in my school who are “dating”, but do you think it would be ok for me??
