Healthy life style
So lately I’ve been wanting to start working out and getting healthy, but I feel like I would only do it if I had friends who motivated me. Sadly, I don’t really have friends, I have coworkers. I work two jobs and I don’t ever have time to do anything. I feel like maybe if I had someone who would push me and remind me, then maybe I could do it. And even then I still wouldn’t know how to even start. Please help.... friends and motivation that’s what’s I need.
