11 W 6 D & no bump?

So I know everyones body is different, but this will be my second baby and with my first I had a small bump by now. And I currently have no bump, & I've been seeing so many cute bump pictures 🙃. I also get questions all the time when people find out I'm almost 12 weeks and have no bump 😩 I've had a miscarriage in the past so it makes me a little nervous. I see my doctor this Thursday so hopefully that'll reassure me. I think I'm just hormonal and overreacting.
