Anyone experience burning in ovaries?

This is my first month taking letrozole 5mg, I have unexplained infertility and dont seem to have issues with ovulating, I took it for the first time this month, ive already ovulated and now im a couple days from when Aunt Flow is supposed to arrive. But, today I have a burning in my ovaries, not really painful, just uncomfortable, anyone experience this? Could it be a sign of pregnancy?

To answer your question. I personally did not have any implantation pain or early pregnancy pain. Everyone is different though.
I’ve had success with letrozole in 2017 for my first pregnancy. I was 28 at the time with unexplained infertility. My doctor/specialist is the creator of the drug letrozole. His name is Dr. Mohamed Mitwally. He has a ton of research and success using the drug. 
It worked for us on the first cycle with timed intercourse. 
I took 2.5mg for 4 days. CD9-CD12.
One pill the first day
Two pills the second day
Three pills the third day
Four pills the four day
I ovulated on CD15. The ovulation pain was excruciating. I’ve never felt that type of pain before during ovulation only mild cramps. I got a Faint Positive pregnancy test CD25.
We are using letrozole right now for baby #2.
