Ovulation, BDing, & BLEEDING ?? PLS HELP

I got a positive opk 2 days in a row.
2nd of +opk we BD & when he finished he noticed blood on his genitals... I got scared and went to go wipe myself off to check & sure enough there was a little blood mixed in w/ semen!
I went pee a few minutes after, wiped, and there was no traces of any blood.
haven't had any traces since then.
anyone ever experience this? is there something wrong with me??
